Commercial Banking Tribe

You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.

As an Lead IT Product Manager (f/m/x) you will work as a key person in one of our Tribes. You will ensure that project governance, reporting and compliance are maintained. You will help an agile team to integrate a multi-channel marketing solution for Corporate Banking jointly with our business and IT representatives.

Your key responsibilities

• You will help Product Owners adhering to the strategic roadmap and achieve the vision of our Tribe

• You will challenge as-is processes, foster out-of-the-box thinking and propose / outline sustainable solution options

• You interact as interface between our business and technology stakeholders, identify and assess requirements and critical dependencies and highlight them to the mgmt

• You will document and maintain risk management and governance frameworks

• You will work in an agile setup, helping with feedback to improve our way of working

Your skills and experiences

• University degree with scientific, technologic, or business focus or equivalent working experience

• You have solid experience in establishing a new Marketing technology and platform preferably with the Adobe product line

• You have proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Product Owner especially with establishment of a new Product/Platform, gathering requirements from scratch and establishing structures to maintain governance and communication cycles

• You have experience working in agile and in larger organizational structures

• You are great collaborator and team player with ability to interface with multiple teams and functions and have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in German and English
