Payments-Bereich


Zahlungen sind das Herz des Cash Managements und eines der Wachstumsbereiche in der Strategie der Deutschen Bank. Um die Wachstumsziele zu unterstützen und ein führender globaler Akteur auf dem wettbewerbsintensiven Zahlungsmarkt zu bleiben, wird erheblich in die Zahlungsinfrastruktur der Deutschen Bank investiert. Das Team liefert eine Reihe von Schlüsselanwendungen für die High-Value-Payments-Plattform.


Hauptaufgaben:  

  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden zur Lieferung hochwertiger Software im Rahmen eines agilen Entwicklungszyklus  

  • Definieren und Weiterentwickeln der Architektur der Komponenten und Beitragen zu Architekturentscheidungen auf Abteilungs- und Bankebene  

  • Einbringen von Fachwissen in das Feature-Team, Verständnis der Probleme, Nutzung von Designmustern, Automatisierung zur Unterstützung einer CI- und CD-Pipeline zur Produktion sowie Unterstützung von emergentem Design innerhalb der definierten Zielarchitektur  

  • Zusammenarbeit mit BAs in funktionalen und nicht-funktionalen Anforderungen, technischer Analyse und Design, Designentscheidungen und APIs  

  • Design und Entwicklung neuer Funktionen, Codierung und Testing, Überprüfung von Änderungen anderer Teammitglieder  Zusammenarbeit mit dem QA-Team zur Testautomatisierung neuer und bestehender Funktionen  

  • Darüber hinaus umfasst die Rolle Management- und Führungsverantwortung, wie:

  • Leitung und Zusammenarbeit über Teams hinweg  

  • Aufbau einer lernenden Organisation und Anerkennung der Bedeutung der „Developer Experience“  

  • Technische und funktionale Führung, Mentoring und Anleitung der Teammitglieder  

  • Erstellen einer zukünftigen Roadmap für die Anwendung  


Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:  

  • Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der IT-Branche mit praktischer Entwicklung in Java-Programmierung  

  • Erfahrung in der Führung verteilter Engineering-Teams in einer agilen Umgebung  

  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von groß angelegten, verteilten Computing-Lösungen  

  • Studium der Informatik oder Datenwissenschaft oder gleichwertige Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung  

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Spring Frameworks und Spring Boot; API, Serviceorientierter Architektur oder Microservices; OpenShift Container Platform oder Google Cloud Platform  

  • Erfahrung mit Test Driven Development (TDD) und Behavior Driven Development (BDD) einschließlich Test-Frameworks (Junit, Cucumber, Selenium)  

  • Erfahrung in der Lieferung innerhalb eines agilen Entwicklungsrahmens  

  • Erfahrung mit verteiltem Versionskontrollsystem (Git, Github, BitBucket)  

  • Erfahrung mit Jenkins oder einem anderen CI-System  

  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Unix  

  • Studium der Informatik oder Datenwissenschaft oder gleichwertige Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung

Payments domain

Payments are heart for Cash Management and one of the growth areas in Deutsche Bank’s strategy. In order to support the growth ambitions and to remain a leading global player in the competitive payments market, significant investment in the payment infrastructure of Deutsche Bank are applied.

The team is delivering set of key applications in High Value Payments platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our clients to deliver value through the delivery of high-quality software within an agile development lifecycle.

  • Define and evolve the architecture of the components you are working on and contribute to architectural decisions at a department and bank-wide level.

  • Bring deep industry knowledge into the Feature Team to understand problems, leverage design patterns, automation to support a CI and CD pipeline to production and support emergent design within the agreed domain target architecture.

  • Work with the right and robust engineering practices.

  • Working with BAs on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis and design, design decisions and API

  • Design and develop new functionality. Coding and testing, reviewing other team member’s changes

  • Co-working with QA team on test automation of new and existing functionality

  • Additionally, the role will include management and leadership responsibilities, such as:

    • Leading and collaborating across teams

    • Building a learning organization and recognizing the importance of “developer experience”

    • Providing technical & functional leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members

    • Create future roadmap for the application

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in Computer / Data Science or equivalent qualification or work experience.

  • > 10 years of experience in the IT industry with hands-on development in Java Programming.

  • Leading distributed engineering teams in an agile environment

  • Hands-on experience in building large scale distributed computing solutions

  • Hands-on experience with Spring Frameworks and Spring Boot, API, Service Orientated Architecture or Microservices; OpenShift Container Platform or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) including testing frameworks (Junit, Cucumber, Selenium).

  • Experience of delivering within an agile delivery framework.

  • Experience with distributed version control tool (Git, Github, BitBucket).

  • Experience within Jenkins or other CI system.

  • Good knowledge of SQL and Unix

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet.
