AI Tribe Lead, Corporate Bank Data Office (f/m/x)

In today’s rapidly evolving banking landscape, capitalizing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities will be key to being competitive in the market. The AI Tribe Lead report to the Chief Data Officer for the Corporate Bank and will drive our AI strategy , ensuring that we leverage AI technologies to optimize processes, improve decision making and deliver superior services, ultimately securing our competitive edge in the market.

Your key responsibilities

Develop and execute an applied approach to leveraging AI in Corporate Bank working in partnership with business, technology, operations, and central AI teams. Including, but not limited to, establishing our AI strategy, collating and prioritizing business opportunities, implementing processes and technical components that enable faster and safer adoption of AI, rolling out training and managing the AI communications both inside and outside the Bank.

• Lead a team of business and technology resources as a single execution unit, in an Agile structure, to deliver targeted use cases aligned with our business strategy

• Promote transparency, collaboration, and re-use across the Corporate Bank to help accelerate effective use of AI

• Drive the build and adoption of shared components and maximize use of resources for focus on high priority use cases

• Represent the Corporate Bank in AI – leading internal relationships with central functions and other divisions, and supporting engagement with our clients

• Design and implement a training curriculum to upskill employees on AI across leadership, business, and technology

Your skills and experience

• You have several years in-depth industry experience in successful implementation of data science and analytical solutions in a large Bank or similar scale institution, working with executive level stakeholders

• You are knowledgeable in AI advances in the industry with practical experience in implementing traditional and GenAI solutions, preferably in a Google environment (GCP)

• Must have experience in working in an Agile environment in large organizations implementing large change programs

• You are a strong team player who works collaboratively towards commons goals with a positive “can do” mindset and have proven ability to unblock impediments at enterprise scale

• Strong communication skills with ability to bridge the gap between technical and business terms and establish effective internal networks

• Have a good foundation of data management principles
