About the Role

We are looking for a Product Management Director/Sr Director for DEUNA's agentic product organization. This role is responsible for defining the long-term vision, strategy, and execution across multiple product pillars within our AI agent and digital workforce platform. You are the leader of a team of Product Managers while owning the overall business success, scalability, and innovation of this product area.

 

As the Director of AI Product, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, engineering leadership, and business impact, shaping the future of our agentic AI capabilities across the DEUNA platform. You are responsible for turning complex AI and automation challenges into scalable product solutions while ensuring the organization stays aligned on long-term goals. You are responsible for ensuring that Deuna continues to be the leader in intelligent payments infrastructure and capabilities

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Experience leading multiple product teams or managing Product Managers.

• Strong background in AI/ML products, automation platforms, or agentic systems.

• Solid understanding of agentic AI ecosystems including: LLM-powered agents and orchestration, workflow automation, human-in-the-loop/not-in-the-loop design, evaluation and monitoring of AI systems, and AI safety/guardrails.

• Experience building and scaling API-driven platforms.

• Strong collaboration with engineering teams on complex systems.

• Experience leading large cross-team initiatives.

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to define long-term product direction.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced or native-level English.

What You'll Do

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and lead the multi-year product vision (3+ years) for our agentic AI ecosystem.

• Identify major new product opportunities within the evolving agentic AI landscape.

• Drive strategic direction across multiple product pillars and initiatives.

• Align product strategy with company growth, revenue objectives, and market expansion.

Organizational Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.

• Define team structure, hiring plans, and career development.

• Establish strong product management standards and operating processes.

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.

 

Agentic Platform Leadership

• Drive the evolution of our AI agent orchestration platform and capabilities layer.

• Ensure the platform supports critical agentic workflows including:

  • Agent orchestration and task delegation

  • Digital workforce automation

  • Human-in-the-loop/not-in-the-loop oversight and escalation

  • Agent evaluation, monitoring, and quality assurance

  • Guardrails, safety, and compliance controls

• Ensure product architecture supports enterprise-scale merchants and high transaction volumes.

 

Cross-Functional Impact

• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to define scalable technical architecture.

• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to translate market needs into product strategy.

• Remove organizational blockers and drive alignment across teams.

• Lead cross-team initiatives that span multiple product areas.

 

Business Ownership

• Own the business performance of the agentic product area.

• Define success metrics and product KPIs tied to growth, merchant adoption, and platform performance.

• Ensure product decisions balance customer value, scalability, and business outcomes.

 

Market & Innovation

• Continuously evaluate emerging trends in the agentic AI ecosystem.

• Identify opportunities related to agent orchestration, workflow automation, and AI-driven payment and operations intelligence.

• Position our product platform as a leader in enterprise agentic AI for payments and commerce.
