You’ll be the glue between our engineering, industrialization, and logistics teams, ensuring that our ambitious projects take off (literally). What You’ll Do

💡 Lead & Supervise Projects – Take charge of multiple technical projects, overseeing every stage from initiation to completion while meeting all quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) goals. Plan, schedule, and manage project resources to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.

🚀 Integrate Development with Industrialization – Partner with engineering and operations teams to refine manufacturing workflows and guide the successful handoff from design to production. Act as a point of contact for flight operations to ensure seamless project execution.

📦 Manage Logistics & Industrialization Operations – Lead logistics operations, ensuring smooth production workflows and streamlined industrialization efforts.

📝Conduct risk assessments by identifying potential risks, analyzing their probability and severity, and defining mitigation measures to keep our projects on track.

🛠 Ensure Testing Excellence – Oversee product testing, validation, and qualification phases, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

🤝 Be the Client’s Go-To Expert – Act as the technical interface for clients, ensuring their needs are met while keeping them informed about project progress, milestones, and adjustments.

📑 Contribute to Winning Tenders – Work alongside the sales team to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates, ensuring our solutions meet customer expectations.

Requirements

✔️ A Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, or project management.

✔️ Technical background in Aerospace, UAV or similar.

✔️ 6+ years of experience in technical project management or industrialization, preferably in an industrial or technological environment.

✔️ Deep knowledge of industrial processes, testing methods, logistics, and industrialization challenges.

✔️ Strong project management skills, with expertise in tools like MS Project.

✔️ Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.

✔️ A sharp, analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions.

✔️ Experience or knowledge in the drone industry is a big plus.

✔️ English is your working language—additional languages are always a bonus!
