Buscamos un Front-End Developer para incorporarse de manera estable a nuestro equipo de Customer Experience de Gijón.

Nuestro equipo de CX trabaja día a día en la mejora de los activos digitales de nuestros clientes siguiendo una metodología de CRO. En este proceso participan varios perfiles de analistas y técnicos que aportan el conocimiento de su rama y que actualmente necesita ser reforzado en su parte técnica con un/una profesional del front-end.

Tus funciones consistirán en:

  • Formarás parte del equipo de CX, trabajando con tus compañeros en el proceso de mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios de nuestros clientes.
  • Como parte del equipo, tomarás parte en el análisis de las webs de nuestro clientes y podrás proponer como mejorarlas.
  • Maquetarás Test A/B. Si aún no sabes lo que son, tranquilo, te formaremos. En este punto es donde tus conocimientos front-end son imprescindibles :).
  • Aprenderás cada día: UX, accesibilidad y análisis de datos.
  • Podrás crecer y especializarte en tecnologías o áreas de conocimiento: Gestión de clientes, análisis de negocio, creación creatividades dinámicas, CDP, etc...

Requisitos

Conocimientos que necesitamos que tengas:

  • Dos años de experiencia en una posición de desarrollo web/fronted
  • Dominio de maquetación vanilla: HTML5 y CSS3.
  • Conocimientos de Javascript y  jQuery
  • Análisis y comprensión del DOM y componentes de una página.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Somos conscientes que habrá cosas que tendrás que aprender en el día a día pero valoraremos positivamente si:

  • Has trabajado alguna vez con metodologías de CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Tienes nociones o conocimientos UX (usabilidad y accesibilidad). Gran parte de nuestro trabajo gira entorno a ello.
  • Has trabajado alguna vez con herramientas de test A/B (Google Optimize, Adobe Target, AB Tasty,...) o conoces lo que son.
  • Tienes conocimientos y experiencia Google Analytics.
