Purpose of the Role

As a Digital Analytics Associate, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to help organisations better understand their customers, measure digital performance and make more informed business decisions through data. You will gain hands-on experience across industry-leading platforms including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and BigQuery, helping clients maximise the value of their digital measurement and reporting capabilities.

You will support the delivery of analytics projects, develop reports and dashboards, analyse performance data, produce actionable insights and contribute to measurement strategies across a range of industries and digital platforms. Along the way, you will build expertise in digital analytics technologies while developing strong consulting, problem-solving and client management skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, problem solving and client interaction within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support the implementation, configuration and ongoing management of digital analytics solutions.

  • Work with platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio to support client measurement requirements.

  • Assist with tracking audits, data validation and quality assurance activities.

  • Support the development of dashboards, reports and visualisations that help clients understand digital performance.

  • Help identify data quality issues and work with the wider team to troubleshoot and resolve them.

  • Contribute to measurement strategies and analytics roadmaps for clients.

How you’ll succeed

  • Develop strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and wider measurement technologies.

  • Delivering high-quality analytics outputs and recommendations that support client decision-making.

  • Taking ownership of day-to-day client deliverables and managing priorities effectively.

  • Building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and wider project teams.

  • Communicating insights clearly and confidently in a way that is easy for clients to understand.

  • Demonstrating strong analytical thinking, curiosity and consulting capability.

  • Continuously developing knowledge of digital analytics, measurement and wider industry trends.

  • Contributing positively to the growth, culture and success of the wider Analytics team.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working with analytics, data, digital marketing or related disciplines would be beneficial.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or similar analytics platforms would be advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for technology, digital marketing and understanding customer behaviour.

  • Eagerness to develop expertise across analytics, measurement and reporting technologies.

What we offer

This is a permanent role that can be based from our Manchester or London office on a hybrid working basis, with approximately one day per week in the office and additional attendance for client meetings or quarterly business reviews when needed.

At dentsu, we’ve built a benefits package that supports every chapter of your life. From company‑funded Private Medical Insurance, a 24/7 Virtual GP and a generous sick‑pay policy, to wellbeing days, volunteering time, flexible bank‑holiday swaps and great everyday perks like retail discounts, gym access and tech schemes - we make it easier to live well, not just work well.

Our employee‑led resource groups have helped shape policies that genuinely matter: enhanced maternity, paternity and carers leave, extended sick leave, menopause and baby‑loss support, plus 10 fertility treatment days. Combined with life assurance, income protection, financial education tools and flexible savings options, you’ll find a workplace that invests in you - your health, your family, your future.
