Role Summary

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions, enabling enterprise work management transformation, workflow optimization, and platform-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements, pain points, and operating models
• Architect end-to-end Workfront ecosystem, including Fusion integrations, data model, and workflows
• Define target-state (‘To-Be’) architecture, governance, and scalable operating model
• Drive integration strategy (APIs, automation, data flows) across enterprise platforms (AEM, CRM, ERP, etc.)
• Provide technical leadership across implementation teams (config, integration, QA)
• Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and design standards
• Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and proposal development
• Ensure solution aligns with business KPIs (efficiency, throughput, automation)

Must-Have Skills

• 10 – 15+ years total experience
• 5+ years in Workfront / similar platform architecture
• 2–3 large-scale implementation programs (must-have)
• Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront + Workfront Fusion architecture
• Experience in enterprise workflow automation and integration design (REST APIs, connectors)
• Strong understanding of data modelling, system design, and enterprise architecture patterns
• Proven experience leading large-scale Workfront implementations
• Stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Campaign, Target)
• Exposure to MarTech / Work Management transformation programs
• Experience in multi-region / global delivery models
