  • Deliver robust analysis and effectiveness reporting, applying techniques such as attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation and econometric approaches to generate actionable insights.

Data Analysis & Audience Insight

  • Partner with Data & Technology, Marketing Science and Product teams to identify, structure and activate data assets that enhance Growth Solutions performance and usability.

  • Develop audience insights, segmentation strategies and data-driven recommendations that inform product development, go-to-market plans and client outcomes.

Optimisation & Performance Improvement

  • Design and implement optimisation approaches across products and campaigns, using performance data to drive continuous improvement and stronger commercial outcomes.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and test-and-learn programmes that make optimisation insights accessible, actionable and scalable.

Client & Agency Support

  • Provide specialist measurement, data and optimisation expertise to support client engagements, performance reviews and agency teams.

  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, commercially relevant recommendations that inform planning, activation and optimisation decisions.

Product & Capability Development

  • Work with Product teams to operationalise measurement, data and optimisation requirements within new and existing Growth Solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities through new tools, reporting solutions, frameworks and industry best practice.

Collaboration, Enablement & Development

  • Lead cross-functional workstreams and support capability development by promoting best practice across Growth Solutions and agency teams.

  • Develop training materials, case studies and knowledge-sharing resources that drive adoption and demonstrate the impact of Growth Solutions.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in data, measurement, optimisation, marketing science, analytics or a related discipline within a media, marketing, consultancy or product-led environment.

  • Strong knowledge of measurement methodologies, including attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, econometrics/MMM and performance evaluation frameworks.

  • Experience translating complex analytical or technical concepts into practical recommendations, frameworks and solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of digital media, audience strategy, first-party data activation and marketing effectiveness principles.

  • Hands-on experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar platforms.

  • Proven ability to lead delivery, manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging agency teams, clients and senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborative, commercially minded and intellectually curious, with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and building scalable capabilities.
