Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Monitor and execute hands-on-keys campaign setups, pacing, and optimization across major Demand-Side Platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Taboola, Teads Ad Manager).

• Performance Optimization & Analytics: Conduct deep-dive data analysis (using data dashboard/excel tools) to uncover insights, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimize towards client KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, VTR etc.).

• Quality Assurance & Ad Tech Compliance: Enforce strict pre- and post-launch QA protocols for tracking, tagging, pixel implementation, brand safety, and ad verification tools (DoubleVerify, IAS).

• Client & Team Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for agency media planning, strategy, and client teams. Mentor and assist in training Programmatic Trader and Senior Programmatic Trader.

• Financial Management: Oversee campaign budget pacing, monthly delivery reconciliations, and billing precision across platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on programmatic experience at a media agency, publisher, or ad tech vendor.

• High proficiency in major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Taboola, Teads Ad Manager) and Ad Servers (CM360).

• Data & Dashboard Skills: Advanced Excel skills alongside hands-on experience building, navigating, or managing data dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) to present compelling data narratives.

• Strong project management abilities, excellent client-facing presentation skills, and high attention to detail.
