We are looking for a talented, passionate, and creatively driven Associate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a flair for design, and a good understanding of social media trends and digital-first storytelling. The role involves translating creative ideas into visually engaging content across social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling and engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
• Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and creative teams to bring campaign ideas and concepts to life.
• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, digital ads, and other marketing assets.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to brainstorms, campaigns, and everyday social content.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media formats, digital culture, and innovative creative approaches.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh visual styles and design treatments.
• Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platform-specific executions.
• Support the development of key visuals, campaign look and feel, mood boards, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with motion designers and content teams to create engaging digital experiences.
• Ensure high-quality creative output while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and evolving creative trends.
• Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to creative ideas and concepts.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or video editing is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and digital-first thinking.
