Description

As Technical Project Manager at Demica you will be a critical in the delivery of our enterprise SaaS platform. Your main goal will be to work with our Engineering Team to manage the delivery of features and projects. As well as our Engineering Team, you will work closely with our Product, Client Implementation and Infrastructure teams.

What you'll do

Manage technical projects; creating project plans and modelling critical paths for key features delivery and projects.
Calculate resources needed for a version delivery. Assist in capacity planning.
Manage process related to version sign offs, including; securing resources, scheduling actions with engineering team and delivering a all artefacts to release manager.
Manage strategic projects within Technology department
Overseeing metrics of Engineering team
When critical bugs are discovered, block releases of affected versions and/or notify stakeholders about the know issues.
Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Architects, Tech Leads and Scrum Masters. To understand the sequencing of deliverable iterations, considering dependencies between teams, epics, features.
Prepare version plans from Engineering perspective, taking into consideration priorities from Product and Technology.
Report the status of the version and major features. Gather updates from feature owners.
Risk management from engineering, delivery perspective. Tracking of risks and mitigations.
Contribute to the process improvements.
Embrace agile methodologies.
