About the Role:

We’re hiring a Finance Manager/Lead to support Marketing, Professional Services (PS), and Customer Success within the Strategic Finance – GTM team. This role reports to the Head of Strategic Finance - GTM. You’ll be a strategic partner to functional leaders, responsible for planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across multiple post-sale functions. You’ll also own the PS delivery capacity model and support marketing pipeline and ROI analysis.

The base compensation range for this position for candidates in the SF Bay Area is: $103,000 - $155,000. For all other locations, the base compensation range is based on the primary work location of the candidate as our ranges are location specific. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset, years of experience, and depth of experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Marketing, PS, and CS teams
• Support campaign ROI analysis and performance tracking
• Build and maintain the PS delivery capacity model; partner with PS Ops on staffing alignment
• Track and report PS margin performance and utilization
• Forecast customer retention and expansion metrics in collaboration with CS leaders
• Own headcount tracking and hiring plan alignment across marketing and post-sale teams
• Provide insights and dashboards to drive data-driven planning

What we're looking for:

• 5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in SaaS
• Experience supporting GTM or post-sales functions (Marketing, CS, PS)
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and reporting standards
• Financial modeling and forecasting expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with PS or CS Ops teams a plus
• Experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Clari)
