Key Responsibilities
• Understand requirements and create test scenarios and test cases
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, sanity, exploratory)
• Validate end-to-end user flows, including negative and edge cases
• Log and track defects with clear reproduction steps
• Test AI-based features for accuracy, relevance, and consistency
• Collaborate with developers, BA And support Senior QA in team
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle)
• Good experience in scenario-based test design
• Basic understanding of AI applications architecture.
• Ability to validate AI responses, accuracy & its performance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ownership mindset and accountability to task assigned
Good to Have
• Experience with JIRA or test management tools
• Exposure to AI or chatbot testing
• Hands on any Programming knowledge (Java/Python)
