We are looking for talented individuals interested in: Backend Development, DevOps, QA Engineering.

What you’ll achieve

Our Software Engineering Internship Program allows for candidates new to software engineering or systems engineering to join a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages fast learning and growth.

You will:

  • Work on innovative, complex software projects.
  • Learn from our technical subject matter experts, mentors and peer advisors that will provide you a day-to-day support and enable growing your skills.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of our software engineering portfolio, accelerated technical expertise, and the ability to align your passion to your future career at Dell Technologies. 

The recruitment process will proceed from October to December 2024. The internship program lasts 12 months and is scheduled to start in April 2025. You will have the possibility to combine your studies with gaining the real business experience in interesting software projects. You can work part-time (minimum 20 hours per week, preferably 24 or more, depending on your availability). Our intention is to offer full-time employment to the best Interns as part of the Software Engineering Graduate Program after they complete their Internship.

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Current students of Engineering, Technology, or Computer Science-related degrees (2nd year or higher, preferably 3rd or 4th year students).
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of Computer Science foundations, basic knowledge of the Software Development Cycle, practical knowledge of at least one programming language (our teams use mainly Python, C, C++, Golang, Java) and basic understanding of database technologies (such as SQL and NoSQL).
  • Mindset: Learning mindset, an ability to ramp up quickly and high motivation to grow.
  • Languages: Good communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
