What You’ll Achieve

As a Data Quality Intern, you will help improve our eSupport services by analyzing data and suggesting improvements for our eSupport applications. You will work with team leaders to track important metrics and come up with ideas to make our programs better.

You will:

• Understand the raw data tables and what information they contain

• Work with application leads to create and test important metrics

• Develop and update charts and graphs to track these metrics

• Share insights on what the metrics mean and how they can be improved

Essential Requirements

• Daily Student of Slovak University in fields related to engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business management

• English advanced

• Project management skills, can-do attitude

• Knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, analytical functions)

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in analytics and data visualizations, in business process measurement and change

• SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Teradata or Python is a plus

Salary per hour: 6.60 EUR
