As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the execution of cross-platform digital campaigns and strategies. To ensure the department stays aligned with all internal and external timelines this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and project management, including a deep understanding of campaign management across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and within scope, i.e., run Scrum meetings, schedule team meetings, follow-up on team deliverables.
- Facilitate and attend client calls, logging follow-up notes and action items.
- Collaborate across internal teams, third-party vendors, agencies, and platforms as needed; ensuring project alignment on deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate project processes: Identify areas for improvement as well as potential risks to campaign timelines and outcomes, proactively addressing issues to mitigate impact and ensure success.
Required Qualifications: Healthcare Marketing Background Preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (EX: paid search, social media, programmatic channels) and campaign management tools preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Suite, GSuite, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to outline deliverable requirements, communicate deadlines, and ensure any risks to the project timeline are brought to the attention of the relevant roles / individuals.
- Collaborative and willing to work concurrently with a variety of individuals on multiple timelines.
