Data Quality Specialist Intern

Job Summary:

We're looking for a driven Data Quality Specialist Intern to collaborate on exciting AI-driven projects and play a key role in maintaining and improving data quality.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and ensure projects align with quality standards.

· Set and define quality metrics, establish thresholds, and ensure they are met throughout each project.

· Monitor and check quality metrics during ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to specifications.

· Design and create visual aids such as dashboards to clearly present quality metrics to stakeholders.

· Automate processes, including writing scripts to enhance workflow efficiency.

· Collaborate with product engineers to improve the product through data quality insights.

· Continuously seek workflow improvements and process optimization opportunities.

Our Data Quality intern would have:

· BSc/MSc in Computational Linguistics, Linguistics, Data Science or equivalent work experience;

· Experience in applied statistical analysis;

· Familiarity with SQL databases and query writing;

· Experience with Python or similar scripting language in the context of data processing;

· Understanding of machine-learning, data collection and/or data labeling processes is a plus;

· Practical knowledge in the fields of speech/text data processing, linguistics and/or image processing is a plus
