We are building a dedicated internal infrastructure team to tackle our growing infrastructural needs. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our infrastructure, focusing on networking, security, and setting up essential support applications. You’ll also manage and optimize our cloud-based providers ensuring they are robust, secure, and scalable.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Optimize Kubernetes (GKE/AKS) clusters and Docker environments for efficient application deployment.
• Ensure secure and efficient Linux-based networking solutions.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to address basic security requirements and improvements.
• Set up and maintain support applications and tools required by various teams.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability, recommending improvements as needed.
• Assist in the potential expansion to other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and future on-premises deployments.
• Support database infrastructure (currently PostgreSQL) and explore new technologies like OLAP as required.

•  Strong background in modern infrastructure technologies and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Docker containerization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux-based networking.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity with at least 2 years of experience addressing security challenges.
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with on-premises infrastructure deployment and management is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Run and other managed services.
• Exposure to OLAP solutions or similar database technologies is a plus.
• A team player who thrives on working with others to identify and implement the best solutions.
• Curiosity and passion for staying updated on the latest infrastructure technologies and applying innovative solutions to drive efficiency and performance improvements.

• Main cloud provider: Google Cloud Platform (EU), with additional environments in Microsoft Azure (UAE).

• Managed Kubernetes (GKE/AKS) for most applications.
