Deepki's technical team is organised into several product teams, all of which contribute to accelerate real estate’s environmental transition towards net zero and sustainability. Our technical culture is based on :

The IMPACT team helps our customer to define an ESG strategy, a pathway, an investment plan and make decisions on their portfolio to meet and assess long-term objectives
Your role
We are looking for a Lead Developer to drive the technical vision of our SaaS product.
As a key contributor, you will craft robust architectural solutions for your team’s domain, working closely with the product team to understand user needs, and mentoring other developers to enhance their technical skills.
This role demands a proactive, positive mindset and a collaborative approach to solving problems, helping your team to get into production quickly and smoothly.
Skills
Technical mastery
- Several years of experience as a Full Stack developer with Python and Javascript
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end features spanning frontend to backend, with a proven track record of leading technical projects
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end architecture applicable to complex SaaS products
- Prior experience with Vue.js and Typescript
- You like using best practices: clean architecture, testing, monitoring, code reviews, and CI/CD
- You are an advocate for software design principles, familiar with Domain Driven Design
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, and tools like Docker and Terraform
- Knowledge of other programming languages (go, java, elixir...)

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience of maintaining, refactoring and making evolutions on an existing code base (as opposed to developing new products from scratch)
- Problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, product-driven approach, you will design and implement scalable, performant cloud-native solutions

Interview flow

- Engineering VP and Manager Interview: validation of fit with the role & challenge, of basic technical skills, and of potential to learn and grow
- Engineering Team Technical Test: validation of technical skills, fit with the team, and way to work (methodology, solution-finding...)
