In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a "Junior Data Engineer" to join our R&D team. 

MISSIONS : 

Under the supervision of a Senior Data Engineer, the objective of the position will be to :

• Set up robust data flows to feed R&D projects

• Supervise the production launch of projects ranging from climate risk analysis, energy consumption data estimates, large-scale building geometry data collection, to LLM deployment in various use cases

• Support the scaling-up of data science projects

• Participate in the transmission of knowledge and best practices around data within the company

• Participate in technical monitoring of emerging technologies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES :

• Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering with data component

• Team spirit and good communication skills

• Python / SQL programming

• Experience in building data pipelines

• Experience in database management

• Familiarity with DevOps and DataOps culture

• Thinking outside the box

• Autonomy and rigorous

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS :

• Interest in ESG, energy transition and decarbonization

• Familiarity with geometric and meteorological data

• Knowledge of the AWS data stack (S3, Athena, Redshift)

• Knowledge of orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster)
