Client Project Manager - French market

We, Deepki, are looking for a new Client Project Manager in Paris.

At Deepki, the Client Project Manager plays a key role in driving long-term adoption, customer satisfaction, and success with our platform.

The responsibilities include:

Developing high-level account strategies for each customer in your portfolio:

• Leading implementation and onboarding to ensure the platform meets customer needs for monitoring carbon emissions.

• Monitoring customer health and collaborating on joint action plans, which are reviewed during technical and strategic check-in with your customers.

• Identifying and addressing customer risks proactively.

• Supporting customers throughout the contract, ensuring they use the platform optimally to build lasting loyalty.

• Collaborating with Sales and Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth.

Providing expertise in ESG:

• Cultivating a consultative relationship with each client, including regarding the application of climate regulations (e.g., French or European Decree on the Tertiary Sector).

Supporting internal operational excellence:

• Streamlining internal processes.

• Gathering user and customer feedback, and contributing to the roadmap for Product developments, user manuals, and training materials for the Global CSM team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES :

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory

• Sense of customer contact, ideally BtoB

• Project management experience

• Quality and methodology

• Agile, able to handle complex topics

• Communication and teaching skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS :

• Interest in data and/or tech topics

• Interest in ESG issues
