We are looking for a Backend NodeJS Developer to join our growing team. As a Backend NodeJS Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and robust backend services that support our platform's live and on-demand video streaming capabilities. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver high-quality software that meets our business requirements.

You'll be setup for success if you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development using NodeJS, Express, and AWS technologies
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
  • Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in JavaScript

Even Better if you have:

  • Experience with TypeScript and Angular
  • Gaming or Streaming platforms
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and CircleCI
  • Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic and Datadog
