Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, resolve issues proactively, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure all technical specifications and compliance requirements are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management practices, implementing process enhancements and best-in-class standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience, preferably in Data Centers (DC), chilled water-cooled or air-cooled chiller plant systems.
• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
• Possession of a Professional Engineer License or equivalent is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Preferred knowledge in DC technologies, chiller plant management systems, regulatory compliance, infrastructure setup, work sequencing, SOO (Sequence of Operations), QA/QC standards, commissioning management (CxM), and EHS protocols.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Experience in RFP and tender processes, as well as contract negotiation, is a plus.
• Solid understanding of prefabrication processes and long-lead equipment (LLE).
• Experience in commissioning (Cx), testing, and validation processes.
• Good understanding of the complete data center project delivery lifecycle.
