  • You will own the foundational technical elements of our SaaS platform, focusing on topics like platform data fabric, user and account management, permission systems, public APIs, integrations, OEM partners, language and localisation, unified UI, entitlements for PLG motions, free trials and demos.
  • You champion a holistic approach to platform growth, ensuring that every new capability—from API enhancements to data structures—contributes to broader customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • You will spend 40% working with Engineering ensuring our platform architecture aligns with best practices, 40% of your time discovering growth-led platform initiatives, and 20% of your time on delivery and operations.
  • You're obsessed with the customer and partner experience, conducting technical workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to ensure our platform features and APIs solve real problems effectively.
  • You will focus on metrics like platform adoption, external API usage, integrations usage and cross-entity collaboration, constantly measuring and iterating to drive growth and engagement.
  • You will collaborate heavily across teams, building strong relationships with Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and Support to ensure that our platform development aligns with user needs and strategic goals.
  • You do not shy away from tough technical decisions, whether balancing the need for new feature innovation with the reduction of technical debt, or prioritising architectural changes that support long-term scalability over quick tactical wins.

  • At least 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management in a technical, platform-focused role.
  • Proven ability to build products that contribute to company growth via multi-product/platform initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to gain buy-in on strategic decisions.
  • Execution mentality with responsibility for the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
  • Willingness to develop a deep understanding of data privacy, information security and compliance.
  • Regular user of AI to empower your daily work.
  • A keen eye for positioning, prioritisation, pricing and messaging to link what you build to the wider business strategy.

  • Start-up or scale-up environment experience
  • Previous experience as an Engineer in a technology company
  • Working with product data platforms, e.g. Amplitude, Gainsight PX...  
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations, information security best practices or compliance frameworks
