DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

You will play an active part in shaping the future of our platform and infrastructure. In this role, your focus will be on building tooling solutions which enable efficient and reliable software delivery, as well as configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting our infrastructure.We are a fast-growing tech company with a clear purpose: we protect the people behind the data. To do that, we combine best-in-class expert support with our self-developed SaaS platform to offer an efficient all-in-one solution.As a DevOps Engineer, your focus will be responsible on expanding, knowledge and gaining a deep understanding of our setup. In addition, you will:

• Make design decisions following established patterns.
• Implement issues of high complexity.
• Reduce technical debt.

DevOps responsibilities include:

• The setup and maintenance of our infrastructure which enables development teams to deliver at speed.
• The automation of our system setup using Infrastructure as Code.
• The reliability, security, observability, and health of our systems and environments.
• Implementation and optimisation of our continuous delivery pipelines.
• Documentation of our infrastructure setup, processes and policies.
• You will also work closely with the development teams to coordinate releases, automate operational tasks, and troubleshoot performance issues.

Proficiency in infrastructure engineering and related technologies - Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD Tools.

• A pragmatic approach to solving problems, and you are always outcome oriented.
• Experience around monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Nice to have: Knowledge in Ruby on Rails, Java, GCP or Gitlab.
• Proficiency in speaking English with an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. German is not a must, but a nice-to-have.
• Last but not least, you are full of enthusiasm for the automation and optimisation of our systems and processes.
