Nous recherchons des professionnels expérimentés en pré-vente ayant un historique de succès dans l'aide aux grandes entreprises pour devenir plus axées sur les données. En collaboration avec l'Enterprise Account Executive (AE), l’Architecte de Solutions (SA) Entreprise définit et dirige la stratégie technique pour nos plus grands et importants comptes, conduisant à une utilisation plus répandue de nos produits et à une adoption plus large et plus profonde du ML et de l’IA. Vous vous appuierez sur votre solide expérience en vente de valeur, en gestion technique de comptes et en leadership technique pour maximiser le succès dans ces comptes. Bien que vous travailliez avec une équipe qui comprend des ressources pratiques qui construiront des preuves de concept et démontreront les produits de Databricks, vous devez avoir une bonne connaissance technique et comprendre la pertinence et l'application du ML et de l’IA dans une gamme de cas d'utilisation importants pour les comptes cibles dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal.

L'impact que vous aurez :

  • Vous travaillez avec plusieurs clients en tant que principal interlocuteur technique pour Databricks.
  • Vous guidez vos clients dans un parcours de transformation, les aidant à évaluer et adopter Databricks dans le cadre de leur stratégie.
  • Vous mettez en œuvre la stratégie technique dans le compte relative à la stratégie globale du territoire.
  • Vous créez un regroupement de champions techniques au sein du compte.
  • Vous alignez les stratégies techniques autour des solutions Databricks.
  • Vous travaillez avec votre équipe de vente et vos pairs techniques pour générer des résultats commerciaux pour nos clients.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Maîtrise de la mise en place d'équipes virtuelles et de leur conduite vers un succès ultime au sein du compte.
  • Expérience de travail avec des comptes de grandeur (> 1 million de dollars de revenus annuels récurrents), à l'échelle mondiale.
  • Capacité à établir des relations avec des dirigeants et des influenceurs.
  • Présenter un point de vue convaincant aux décideurs clés qui les conduit vers le succès.
  • Compétences techniques en big data, sciences de données et cloud (Azure & AWS).
  • Aptitude à la transformation commerciale axée sur les données et à conduire le changement grâce aux données.
  • Expérience de programmation en production en Python, R, Scala ou Java.
  • Atout: Certification Databricks, Snowflake, AWS ou Azure.
