About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across our sales and marketing functions. You will leverage your expertise in B2B SaaS metrics, data analysis, and visualization to provide actionable insights that optimize our GTM strategy. You will be based in New York, with a flexible hybrid work schedule and English as your working language.
At Dashlane you will:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor GTM performance.
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Create ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Sales & Marketing Metrics Expertise:
- Campaign Performance
- Campaign Influence
- Optimization of marketing spend for key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI
- Conversion rates (full funnel analysis)
- Sales Pipeline analytics & forecasting
- Sales Productivity drivers
- Initiative driven KPIs
- Deeply understand and analyze key B2B SaaS metrics, including but not limited to:
- Strategic Insights & Recommendations:
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for sales and marketing leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and optimize GTM processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Data Management & Integrity:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales and marketing data.
- Develop and maintain data documentation and processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a GTM/ Marketing data analysis role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with Tableau (or Looker) for data analysis/visualization
We're Also Looking For:
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics and their impact on business performance.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to perform deep analysis and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or Computer Science.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Systems Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Marketo for marketing automation
- Interest and familiarity in using AI tools for analysis
Salary Range: $165,000 - $195,000 in base salary
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. We also include equity in all compensation packages and believe 100% of Dashlaners should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
