Site Office Engineer

Job Description

• Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of design, budget, estimate and construction
• Document procurement
• Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures
• Assist Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
• Maintain construction files and logs
• Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders
• Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs (Request for Information)
• Track and inspect material deliveries
• Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports
• Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes (as required)
• Assist in project close-out

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering (preferably licensed)
• Male/Female
• Not more than 35 years old
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and M.S. Office applications
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna, Cavite
