What you’ll do

• Responsible for QA document control and site quality training, handling Cytiva learning system;
• Support and assist QA team to deliver internal/external audit/ NC workflow /CAPA procedure/ change control management etc.;
• Support manufacture and CHU team to handling the internal quality issues and customer complaint;
• The others work arranged by QA manager.

Who you are

• Be familiar with manufacture enterprise process and bachelor's degree or above in manufacturing related majors.
• Have 2~3 years' experience of quality assurance and quality management system.
• Familiar with ISO9001/ISO13485 system and other medical device related quality system requirements.
• Be familiar with office software such like Word/Excel/PPT and so on.
• CET-4 and above, have good English communication skills
• Have the experience with continuous improvement, familiar with CAPA process, and proficient in quality improvement tools such as QC 7 tools and lean six sigma.
• Have strong judgment, organizational coordination, communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
