Team Leader Mechanical
The Role
Delivers mechanical engineering outputs on time and with high quality, while providing functional leadership to a team of mechanical engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination across project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily mechanical engineering activities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes
- Review and validate mechanical engineering deliverables
- Perform complex mechanical design and modelling (piping, HVAC, cable trays)
- Prepare drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
- Coordinate outsourced engineering activities
- Generate workshop information and support production and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of yacht mechanical systems and engineering processes
- Experience with Cadmatic Outfitting and AutoCAD
- Good command of English
Other Requirements
- Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya
- Willing to travel abroad
- No military obligation (for male candidates)
