About the Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to our engineering organization, focusing on building user-facing features and the scalable backend systems that support them. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver AI-driven analytics and insights to our customers. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment, iterating quickly, and contributing to the core of our product's success.
In this Role, You Will:
- Work on user-facing features that leverage our core data pipeline capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend features and infrastructure using Java Spring Boot and Python.
- Work with our Angular frontend to create smooth, integrated experiences between the frontend and backend.
- Build new product features that deliver engaging and actionable insights to users.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring our tech stack aligns with business needs and growth.
A Key Candidate Will Have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, Python, and Angular (preferred).
- Strong experience in full-stack development with a focus on backend technologies.
- Familiarity with startup environments and a passion for working at our stage of growth.
- A track record of delivering features at velocity while maintaining high standards for code quality.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions and solutions effectively, while engaging meaningfully with the team and naturally participating in discussions and idea sharing.
