Job Description Summary

The DTAG (Digital and Advisory Lead) lead for Comms and Wireless will be responsible for leading the go-to-market efforts of Cyient’s Technology services and solutions for the Embedded and Healthcare area while working closely with sales and delivery teams.  The role will be client-facing helping architect software solutions in one or more from amongst Embedded, VLSI, Digital, Cloud, and Wireless Connectivity layers.

Skills & Experience: Driving end-to-end technology consulting for Comms and Wireless

• Own technology business order intake for a segment as per the job criteria.
• Work very closely (possibly co-located) with sales leadership to identify/create, qualify, and drive to closure, opportunities relevant to Cyient Technology solutions.
• Shape and solution software engagements in collaboration with subject matter experts as relevant.
• Consult, Develop and communicate compelling value propositions with key stakeholders (CTO/ Engineering/ Product Org.);
• Client relationship management and networking with Client´s R&D peers: Forging strong relationships.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and influential partnerships with client´s R&D peer architect/SMEs/specialist based on a strong foundation of business and technology expertise and leverage them to gather insights concerning e.g., ongoing/upcoming project initiatives/WoW/technical approaches-directions at customer end.
• Teaming: Collaborate to bring forth the best of Cyient
• Collaborate closely with solutioning teams, delivery, account sales teams, and other horizontals, as needed to build customized solutions for end clients.
• Expertise and knowledge management: Staying ahead of the curve.
• Track industry product and technology trends and developments
• Track competitor’s product & technology developments

       Technical Skills & Experience:

• 15 + years of experience specifically cutting across at least 2 out of 5 tech pillars (semi, embedded, Digital, connectivity, and cloud) specifically in the Comms and Wireless area.
• Expertise in end-to-end architecture connecting from device to cloud as well as in design to build.
• Strong domain knowledge in 2 or more of the industries among medical, automotive, transportation, communication, Utilities, or industrial with a Key focus in the Comms and Wireless space
• Strong technology expertise in 2 out of 5 technology areas among 5 pillars and exposure to others.
• Proven experience and ability to represent in large executive forums and events, whitepapers, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to consult, drive business outcomes.
