Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end process of researching, designing, and hands-on building of tools and infrastructure to scale our service and make it seamless for deployment, operation, and integration.
- Troubleshoot and address complex customer issues and queries in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, maintain alignment, and solve technological challenges to accelerate the sales process.
- Create ad-hoc and strategical technical solutions and automation for pre-sale, post-sale, and internal use cases.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of Software development experience in the industry.
- Experience with developing REST API endpoints
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills across various teams, including R&D, product, and sales engineers.
- Experience with modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, micro-services, Git actions, etc.
Advantages:
- Technical Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role in Cybersecurity.
- Experience working on Data-Driven products.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Strong knowledge of Javascript and Typescript.
