THE OPPORTUNITY

We seek a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll serve as the data expert across various projects, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze customer data to identify false classifications and anomalies, primarily using PostgreSQL.
• Provide near real-time support to customers (Data Tier 2) and deliver professional, data-related technical responses.
• Work alongside customers and sales teams to deliver insights and reports.
• Communicate with global customers, providing quick responses and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Research teams to optimize Cyera’s product and enhance data security for customers.
• Design, plan, and implement projects and automation tools for internal use.
• Work in the Eastern Time zone, Monday to Friday.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent command of English with exceptional customer-facing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Enthusiasm for data, security, and customer service.
• Minimum of 4 years in the data analysis field, with experience analyzing large and complex datasets, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and drawing conclusions.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• A B.A./B.S. in a related field is an advantage.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
