Job Description
Our team builds and provides CyberArk's “Self-Hosted” secured interactive access to privileged accounts. The team’s mission is to protect sensitive assets, using a layer of isolation and control over privileged sessions, and to secure communication while practicing the highest security standards and providing the best possible user experience.
We are looking for an outstanding Team Leader(TL) to join us in our journey to provide the most secure product to our customers.
CyberArk’s TL is leading a full R&D development team, which is responsible on its product from the idea till production. Using comprehensive soft and technical skills, the TL is responsible for the entire development cycle, from the research phase, through the development and testing, to a successful release to our customers. The team leader's responsibilities include building strong team spirit and enabling all team members to grow and develop. The TL works closely with the Product Owner, Group Manager, Product Manager and Customer Support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of software engineers, QA and DevOps across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions that meet defined scope and standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align development activities with product priorities.
- Mentor and support the team to foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
- Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and high-quality design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience leading software teams in a product-oriented environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience in at least one of the following: Go, Ruby, Java, or Python.
- Passion for working with a diverse tech stack, including multiple development languages
- Solid experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead team members with varying levels of expertise.
- Skilled at identifying risks, tracking progress, and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
