- Perform capacity planning and address management to support future network growth and re-architecture initiatives
- Create and maintain advanced automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, REST/WAPI) for service provisioning, auditing, and reporting
- Identify areas of opportunity, efficiency and growth of existing DDI infrastructure including integrating DDI systems with enterprise platforms, such as network monitoring (SolarWinds, Splunk) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain service stability
- Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams to define standards, improve resilience, and align with compliance requirements
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, operational procedures, and disaster recovery runbooks
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to DDI administrators and support staff
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to identify and provide appropriate DDI solutions
- Participate in an on-call rotation and support planned maintenance activities as needed
May require participation in after-hours maintenance windows and on-call rotation
This position may involve cross-functional support of regional or global network environments

- Proven ability to write scripts for automation and operational efficiency (Python, PowerShell, REST/WAPI)
- Solid understanding of network security concepts and best practices for DDI environments
- Experience supporting hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as Infoblox Core DDI, CCNP, or equivalent
- Experience integrating DDI systems with ServiceNow, network automation frameworks, or NAC platforms (e.g., Cisco ISE)
- Familiarity with network observability tools such as Grafana, Nagios, or SolarWinds
