Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

Position Summary

The Product and Reporting Manager will have the ability to tell a data driven story of value for a range of CVS Health programs by utilizing analytic and process tools for evaluation and report management as it relates to program value, identifying opportunities, contractual reporting needs, issue resolution, capabilities, and stabilization. The Manager will coordinate efforts of their broader team with those of other business units, ensuring the various teams work together to support the business effectively and efficiently, informing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering reporting with data driven insights and key performance indicators and knowing how to pressure test and act on these insights to support the overall strategy and direction of our program. It will require a high level of independent judgment and initiative, while leveraging the appropriate subject matter experts to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure scheduled contractual analyses are completed in a timely manner and meet standards for analytic rigor and integrity
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and manage reporting that supports the overall vision of our products and services
  • Maintain and develop reporting processes which rigorously monitor product performance, ensure on-time and accurate delivery, proactively identify/address issues, and leverage automation strategies for regular reporting
  • Creates and evaluates the data needs of assigned projects, explores existing data, and assures the integrity of the data through a collaborative partnership with upstream data owners
  • Design and implement projects and processes that build upon and expand the capabilities of the team to ensure the team can support existing and future business requirements
