  • Foster a collaborative, innovative culture—helping teams adopt AI responsibly and confidently.
  • Provide thought leadership to guide the organization’s broader AI strategy and maturity.

Governance, Risk Management & Ethical Standards:

  • Promote responsible AI use by ensuring projects align with data‑privacy, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Support the development and enforcement of data governance practices.
  • Anticipate risks related to AI solutions and work with cross‑functional teams to mitigate them.

Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness:

  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, best practices, and tools relevant to healthcare and RCM.
  • Recommend new opportunities for automation or optimization as the business evolves.
  • Regularly assess existing AI solutions for performance, accuracy, and long‑term sustainability.

Education:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, Informatics, Data/Analytics, or related fields).

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, consulting, or process optimization.
  • Experience supporting or advising on technology‑driven transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of how AI and automation can enable business improvements (no deep coding required).
  • Effective communicator able to translate technical concepts into simple business language.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with stakeholders in operations, finance, IT, or analytics.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background or experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or revenue cycle operations.
  • Prior leadership experience guiding teams or projects.
  • General knowledge of AI concepts (e.g., workflow automation, NLP, predictive analytics).
  • Exposure to tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or analytics platforms (not required to build models).
  • Experience participating in system integrations, data initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
