Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Collects, analyzes, and reports project data and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Conducts research and gathers information to support project planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving.
- Communicates with cross-functional teams internally to gather requirements, define project objectives, and support the development of project deliverables.
- Analyzes basic project risks and issues, and assists in developing and implementing corrective actions for swift resolution.
- Contributes to the preparation and delivery of project presentations and reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Carries out support for project communication and stakeholder management through timely and effective communication.
- Advises in less complex research and analysis to support business case development, feasibility studies, and project impact assessments.
- Escalates the implementation and adoption of project management best practices within the organization to improve business processes.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Education
- High school diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
