Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking experienced MEP Project Managers to support the delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects, including datacenter. This is an opportunity for professionals with a background in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering who are interested in managing projects from planning through execution and handover.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage MEP aspects of construction projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
  • Review technical designs and provide practical recommendations.
  • Drive effective communication and reporting across project teams.
  • Support procurement, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing MEP, building services, or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in data center, mission critical, commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, LEED, or equivalent are a plus.
