Job Description Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance. Acts as the link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects successfully.

Job Description

• Plan, supervise, and monitor fit-out works at site.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Manage material procurement and site resource allocation.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Conduct inspections and support project handover and closeout.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
