Responsibilities 

• Project Management & Issue Tracking:
  • Manage the Jira board, including:
    • Adding new requests submitted by the business team.
    • Following up on existing requests to ensure timely resolution.
    • Informing the business team about implemented fixes and changes.
    • Develop expertise in prioritizing and escalating Jira issues based on severity and impact.
  • Release Management & Feedback:
    • Monitor the release schedule for new projects.
    • Proactively identify and communicate potential delays to the project team and business stakeholders.
    • Establish a feedback loop to track and address any delays encountered during new project releases.
    • Quality assurance testing on new features
  • Financial Operations:
    • Upload Brex transaction receipts and invoices to the accounting system for efficient processing and record-keeping.
  • Access Management:
    • Process Internal Platform requests related to:
      • Setting up new accounts.
      • Disconnecting Stripe integrations.
      • Managing access levels for various user roles.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist senior project managers in developing project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the ecommerce or technology industry.
• Knowledge of financial operations and access management.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
