Scrum Master I
Location: Columbus, IN, United States
We are looking for a talented Scrum Master I to join our team specializing in Systems/IT for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the adoption and maturation of Agile practices, helping teams consistently deliver high-quality solutions that align with business priorities and customer needs.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering Agile mindsets, promoting servant leadership principles, and supporting continuous learning and development.
- Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritize work, refine backlogs, and ensure teams are focused on delivering the highest business value.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning activities, using estimation and prioritization techniques to improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
- Create a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing team environment that empowers individuals to take ownership and achieve shared goals.
- Track and communicate team performance through Agile metrics, burn-down charts, burn-up charts, and program boards to identify risks, measure progress, and drive informed decision-making.
- Remove obstacles and proactively address impediments that impact team productivity, enabling faster delivery and protecting the team from external disruptions.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, aligning business and technology teams to maximize value delivery and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
