Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Current Product Powertrain - System Performance Technical Specialist to join our team specializing in Engineering in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead Product Problem Solving (PPS) projects for complex components/systems, ensuring accountability, timely delivery, and alignment with project goals despite ambiguity
• Engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, align priorities, and drive informed decisions on design and feasibility
• Make high-impact decisions on analysis, testing, and execution details that accelerate project progress while maintaining technical rigor and quality
• Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering tools and processes
• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert, influencing technical direction, strengthening team decision-making, and advancing expertise within the discipline
• Coordinate and guide technicians, students, and junior engineers, enabling effective execution while building team capability through mentorship and knowledge sharing
