Description

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Data Analytics to lead and scale our analytics function. This role is ideal for someone with 10+ years of experience who brings both strong technical depth and proven leadership capability.

As the Head of Data Analytics, you will define our data strategy, lead a growing team of analysts, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact insights. You will play a key role in helping leading brands make smarter, data-driven decisions in one of the fastest-growing and dynamic markets.

• Define and drive the overall data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• Oversee the development of scalable data models, pipelines, and analytical frameworks across large and complex datasets
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making for both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Establish best practices in data governance, quality, and documentation
• Drive the adoption of data visualization and reporting standards to improve clarity and accessibility of insights
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and e-commerce

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced data analysis techniques
• Hands-on experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Amazon Athena, or Google BigQuery
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and building executive-level dashboards
• Solid foundation in statistics, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets, ideally within e-commerce or a related industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on execution and high-level planning
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership

• Experience working with Southeast Asian markets
• Background in client-facing or consulting environments
• Experience scaling analytics teams in high-growth companies
