What you'll do
- Own the test automation strategy for ST/SIT, defining what to automate and how.
- Lead the automation framework (e.g., Robot Framework + Playwright) and keep it scalable and reusable across projects.
- Apply AI in testing for faster test design, scripting, data creation, and results analysis.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD, ensuring reliable smoke/sanity and regression runs with clear reporting.
- Guide and mentor the team, review automation work, and drive best practices and standards.
You should have
- 8–12 years in testing, including 5+ years in automation and experience leading automation initiatives.
- Strong hands-on skills in at least one modern automation stack:
- UI/API automation (Robot Framework / Playwright / Selenium / Cypress)
- Basic scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with AI-assisted testing, e.g., using GenAI tools for test design, script generation, or analysis.
- Good CI/CD and tooling knowledge (Azure DevOps/Jenkins, Git, test reports/dashboards).
- Solid communication and leadership, able to work with architects, POs, and customer teams and to upskill other testers.
