Summary:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, as well as leading and mentoring junior engineers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using industry best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug software defects, and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance software development processes.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure software quality and performance.

- Document software designs, technical specifications, and project progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5-6 years of experience in software development, preferably in a senior role.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

- Experience with software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Git.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget.
