Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends, and extract meaningful insights.
- Design and implement data preprocessing techniques to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models to achieve optimal performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machine learning role.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
