Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer (Lead SWE) to join our Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in software engineering and will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of our software products. As a Lead SWE, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of our projects, ensuring high-quality code, and mentoring junior engineers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and professional development.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our software products.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring the stability and performance of our software applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
- Experience in leading and managing a team of software engineers.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.
